Praziquantel Oral Suspension

Composition:
Contains per ml:
Praziquantel 25mg.
Solvents 1ml.

Description:
Anti-worm drug. Praziquantel has wide-spectrum deworming performance, sensitive to nematodes, have strong effect for nematodes, trematode, no effect of schistosome. Praziquantel suspension is not only have strong effect for adult worm, also have strong effect for immaturate worm and larva worm, and can kill the worm egg. Praziquantel has low toxic for animals.

Indications:
Treatment and prevention of livestock and poultry nematode disease, tapeworm disease and fluke disease.

Contra-indications:
Hypersensitivity reactions.
Not for use in sheep producing milk for human consumption.

Side effects:
Common side effects include abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, malaise, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, and rectal bleeding.. rarer side effects include hypersensitivity reactions, such as fever, pruritus, and eosinophilia.

Dosage:
Calculated as Praziquantel. Take orally, one time,
Horse: 1-2ml solution per 10kg weight.
Cattle /sheep : 2-3ml solution per 10 weight.
Pigs: 1-2ml solution per 10kg weight.
Dog: 5-10ml solution per 10kg weight.
Poultry: 0.2-0.4ml solution per 10kg weight.

Withdrawal times:
Cattle: 14days.
Sheep: 4 days.
Pigs: 7days.
Birds: 4days.
