Compound vitamin b injection

formulation:
each ml contains:
thiamine hcl (vitamin b1) …………300 mg
riboflavin – 5 phosphate (vitamin b2)…500 mcg
pyridoxine hcl (vitamin b6) ………1,000 mg
cyanocobalamin (vitamin b12)…1,000 mcg
d – panthenol ………………….……4,000 mg 
nicotinamide………………………10,000 mg
liver extract ……………….…………100 mcg

indication:
for treatment and prevention of vitamin deficiencies in all kinds of animals; inappetence, weakness, retarded growth, increased fertility, skin problem, and for recovery period.
indicated for: all specie

dosage  and administration:
for intramuscular (im) injection only.
swine ………………. 1-5 ml daily for 3 days 
cattle …………..………..5 – 10 twice a week
dog ………….….. 0.5 – 1 ml daily for 3 days
fighting cock …………. 0.3 ml twice a week

precaution:
shake well before use. keep out of reach of children.

caution:
foods, drugs, and devices and cosmetic act prohibits dispensing without prescrip- tion of a duly licensed veterinarian.

storage condition:
store at temperature not exceeding 25°c.
