Description:
Vitamin a is indispensable for normal growth, maintenance of healthy epithelial tissues, night vision, embryonal development and reproduction.
Vitamin a deficiency may result in reduced feed intake, growth retardation, edema, lacrimation, xerophthalmia, night blindness, disturbances in reproduction and congenital abnormalities, hyperkeratosis and opacity of Cornea, raised cerebro-spinal fluid pressure and susceptibility to infections.
Vitamin d has an essential role in calcium and phosphorus homeostasis.
Vitamin d deficiency may lead to rickets in young animals and osteomalacia in adults.
Vitamin e has antioxidant functions and is involved in the protection against peroxidative deterioration of polyunsaturated phospholipids in cellular membranes.
Vitamin e deficiency may result in muscular dystrophy, exudative diathesis in chicks and reproduction disorders.
Indications:
It is a well balanced combination of vitamin a, vitamin d3 and vitamin e for calves, cattle, goats, sheep, swine, horses, cats and dogs. it is used for:
Prevention or treatment of vitamin a, d and e deficiencies.
Prevention or treatment of stress (caused by vaccination, diseases, transport, high humidity, high temperatures or extreme temperature changes)
Improvement of feed convertion.
Dosage And Administration:
For intramuscular or subcutaneous administration:
Cattle and horses: 10ml
Calves and foals: 5ml
Goats and sheep: 3ml
Swine: 5-8ml
Dogs: 1-5ml
Piglets: 1-3ml
Cats: 1-2ml
Side Effects:
No undesirable effects are to be expected when the prescribed dosage regimen is followed.
