composition:
tiamax (tiamulin 80%) is a feed premix containing 800 g of tiamulin hydrogen fumarate per kg.

indication:
tiamulin is a semi-synthetic derivative of pleuromutilin. it is highly active against gram-positive organisms, mycoplasmas and serpulina (treponema) hyodysenteriae.
tiamulin is used for prevention and control of mycoplasmal diseases such as enzootic pneumonia and chronic respiratory disease in pigs and poultry; swine dysentery, porcine colonic spirochaetosis and porcine proliferative enteropathy.
